Coimbatore is set to host India’s second largest integrated B2B exhibition for the Food, Beverage, Food Processing and Hospitality sectors from July 1 to 3 at the CODISSIA Trade Fair Complex. Organised by Synergy Exposures & Events India Pvt. Ltd., the three-day event is expected to bring together over 30,000 industry professionals from 36 countries and more than 300 exhibitors across six exhibition halls.
Addressing reporters, Brijesh Edwards, Director of Synergy Exposures & Events India Pvt. Ltd., said the expo will serve as a comprehensive platform for the food business ecosystem to explore emerging technologies, innovations and business opportunities. The event is supported by the Union Ministry of Food Processing Industries, Ministry of MSME, Spice Board of India, National Turmeric Board and several leading industry associations.
The integrated expo will feature five concurrent events — Bakers Technology Fair, India HoReCa Expo, Food & Drink Processing Expo, India Food Pack Expo and Food Confluence. More than 3,000 B2B meetings are expected to take place, providing opportunities for manufacturers, exporters, distributors, retailers, hospitality operators, consultants, entrepreneurs and technology providers.
Visitors will be introduced to AI-powered manufacturing, industrial automation, robotics, Industry 4.0 solutions, smart cold chain technologies, sustainable packaging, food safety systems, IoT-based production monitoring and supply chain digitisation.
The event will also include certified training programmes, technical seminars, expert panel discussions, live equipment demonstrations, buyer-seller meetings, startup mentoring sessions and product launches.
Industry leaders, including Arun Annadurai, Prabhu Gandhikumar, Ramesh Chandran, J.M. Lawrence, Ranjith, Mukesh Vij and Vishal Vij, are expected to participate. Entry is restricted to trade visitors above 18 years of age, while students will be permitted after 1 p.m. on
July 3.
