CREDAI Coimbatore organised the third edition of its industry interaction initiative “CONNECT+ 2025”, a platform aimed at connecting innovative building material manufacturers and service providers with real estate developers, on November 18 at Hotel Residency in Coimbatore.
Delivering the welcome address, S. R. Aravind Kumar, President of CREDAI Coimbatore, said the construction industry must continuously upgrade the use of materials in line with rapid advancements in technology and infrastructure. He urged vendors to introduce innovative and cost-effective solutions that would benefit developers and end users alike. The event witnessed the participation of more than 60 vendors and purchase managers from CREDAI member companies, who exchanged views on current trends and the future outlook of the real estate sector.
The chief guest, M. Sivaguru Prabhakaran, IAS, Commissioner of Coimbatore Corporation, lauded CREDAI Coimbatore for organising a meaningful and industry-relevant initiative. He highlighted the importance of collaboration between developers and material suppliers and distributed mementos to the participating vendors.
Proposing the vote of thanks, Sanjana Vijayakumar, Secretary of CREDAI Coimbatore, summed up the key suggestions and insights that emerged during the discussions.
Also present on the occasion were P. Karthik Kumar, Treasurer, and Gugan Ilango, President-Elect of CREDAI Tamil Nadu, along with other office-bearers and members.
