Tiruvannamalai District Monitoring Officer and Director of Survey and Settlement, Deepak Jacob, IAS, has instructed officials to expedite all ongoing government development projects across the district.
He was addressing a comprehensive district review meeting held at the District Collectorate Hall on Friday.
The meeting, chaired by Deepak Jacob in the presence of District Collector K. Tharpagaraj, IAS, reviewed the progress of various departmental schemes and infrastructure works.
During the review, the Monitoring Officer inquired about the status of petitions received during the 388 “Ungaludan Stalin” (Stalin With You) camps and directed officials to dispose of all pending petitions without delay.
He conducted a detailed review of development works including rainwater drainage projects, drinking water supply schemes, road and bridge construction, the Chief Minister’s Thayumanavar Scheme, and distribution of essential civic
amenities.
