DMK alliance is in the spirit of comradeship and unity, said Public Works Minister E.V.Velu.
A hall with a full-length statue of freedom fighter Pollan is being constructed at an estimated cost of Rs. 4.90 crores in Vadugapatti village, Modakkurichi taluk, on behalf of the Public Relations Department.
Ministers E.V.Velu, S.Muthusamy, and M.Mathivendan inspected the work.
E.Velu said: Chief Minister M.K.Stalin will inaugurate the hall on Nov 26.
There is no access road to the bridge built in Erode city during the previous regime. The GH land has been requested for the construction of the road.
A bypass has been constructed in Erode after the DMK government came to power.
