Don’t disturb normal life for CM’s visit: Annamalai

Chief Minister C. Joseph Vijay should set an example by limiting his security details to the basic level, founder of We the Leaders Movement K. Annamalai said on
Thursday.
The CM should realise that placement of barricades on both sides of the roads in Coimbatore for his visit on Friday for inaugurating the Thanthai Periyar Library and Science Centre was causing obstruction to the public, Mr. Annamalai said.
With the basic security in place, people will still welcome the CM and go about their business. Normal life must not be disturbed, he said.
The question of alliance does not arise as We the Leaders Movement was formed to bring about a transformation in politics. Rather than getting into the politics of accusation, the Movement would focus on fixing problems, he said.
