Dravidar Puratchi Kazhagam thanks CM

The state general council meeting of the Dravidar Puratchi Kazhagam was held in Erode.
General Secretary lawer E.V.R. Soundar and President Dr. Nathigaravanan
presided.
Resolutions:
Thanks to the Chief Minister for removing the name ‘Colony’ from use in Tamil Nadu.
The government order to remove caste names from educational institutions should be fully
implemented.
Support to the secular alliance in the Assembly elections. Alliance with the party that offers opportunities to the party in the local body elections.
Condemnation of the Hindutva organizations that are promoting divisive politics in the Thiruparankundram issue.
Party functionaries including T.K. Sivakumar, Vel, Kumar Palanisamy, Ramesh, Kalyan Karunanidhi, Ilavarasan, and lawyer Subhash participated in the meeting.
