The Election Commission of India has announced a dedicated online platform to provide real-time updates of vote counting for the recently concluded Assembly elections in five states.
Polling has been completed in Tamil Nadu, Kerala, West Bengal, Assam and Puducherry, with counting of votes scheduled for May 4 from 8 a.m.
To enable the public to track results instantly, the Commission has launched a special website — results.eci.gov.in — where constituency-wise updates will be made available throughout the counting process.
In addition to the website, users can also access live results through mobile applications such as ECINET and Voter Helpline. Officials said the initiative aims to ensure transparent and timely dissemination of election results to the public across the country.
