The FIM Moto Mini India Series 2026, a national platform for young motorcycle racers aged 10 to 14, was launched at the Meco Kartopia circuit in Bengaluru last weekend. Promoted and organised by House of Machines (HOM) in association with Future Development of Motorsport Trust (FDM), the series featured three rounds and 10 races held from September 25 to 27.Prem Khandle of Palghar, Maharashtra, emerged as the overall winner, while Chennai’s Rian Sarath finished runner-up and Rithin Sai A. of Coimbatore secured third place. Following the India Series, Prem Khandle and Rian Sarath will represent India at the FIM Moto Mini World Series Finals in Valencia, Spain, from November 22 to 26, ahead of the final round of the FIM MotoGP.

The two Indian riders will compete against 42 other young riders from across the world. The championship is designed to provide young racers with a pathway from national-level competition to international motorsport. The riders competed on purpose-built Moto Mini Ohvale 160cc motorcycles, the same specification used in the international series.Ajit Bharadwaj, Managing Director, House of Machines, said the initiative aims to identify and develop Indian talent for international motorcycle racing. Tharunkumar S., Founder and Managing Trustee of FDM, said the organisation would continue supporting initiatives aimed at developing young Indian riders and motorsport.
