Gobi Arts and Science College student S. Sreesanth (3rd year Commerce) won third place in the dynamic, balance and combined categories in the Acrobatic and Trampoline National Gymnastics Championship held by the Uttarakhand Gymnastics Association last August.
Similarly, in the Tamil Nadu Acrobatic Gymnastics All-Age Division State Championship held in Chennai last July, he won first place in the dynamic, balance and combined categories (gold medal) and second place (silver medal) in the trampoline category.
Following this, Sreesanth recently won a bronze medal in the balance and dynamic categories in the 14th Acrobatic Gymnastics Asian Championship-2025 held in Goa. Through this, he has gained international recognition.
The college governing body chairman, secretary and treasurer, principal, director of physical education, department head and professors congratulated S. Sreesanth, who participated in the competition and came third.
