The Madras High Court on Thursday directed the Directorate of Vigilance and Anti-Corruption to register a case against Municipal Administration Minister K.N. Nehru and others over alleged irregularities in appointments and tender allocations.
The order was passed by a Division Bench comprising Chief Justice M.M. Srivastava and Justice G. Arul Murugan while hearing petitions filed by AIADMK MP Inbathurai and Adhinarayanan.
