Kovai.co, the bootstrapped AI-first SaaS company from Coimbatore, announced that its flagship knowledge management platform Document360 has crossed $10 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR) — becoming the company’s second product to achieve this milestone after BizTalk360.
This places Kovai.co among the very few global bootstrapped firms to build two $10M+ ARR category leaders without external funding.
The company has set an ambitious target to scale Document360 to $25 million ARR by 2028, backed by rising global demand for AI-powered knowledge automation and a Rs 220-crore investment into its Coimbatore Development Centre over the next three years.
With total revenues now surpassing $20 million, the company plans to deepen its engineering strength, enhance AI capabilities, and expand its global footprint from Coimbatore.
“This is a landmark moment for Kovai.co, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu and the Indian SaaS ecosystem,” said Saravana Kumar, Founder and CEO. “As AI transforms how enterprises create and deliver knowledge, Document360 is fast becoming mission-critical. Our Rs 220-crore commitment will accelerate innovation and cement Coimbatore as a global technology hub.”
Document360 is projected to grow 40–45% annually, with Coimbatore serving as the nerve centre for advanced product development and AI research. Launched in 2019, the platform now serves 1,500+ customers, including VMware, NHS, Ticketmaster, Payoneer, Virgin Red and Comcast, spanning IT, SaaS, healthcare, manufacturing and government sectors.
Kovai.co is also advancing its third product, Turbo360, a cloud management platform for Azure cost optimisation and infra monitoring, aiming to make it the company’s next $10M ARR success.
