Tamil Nadu Bharatiya Janata Party leader Nainar Nagendran met Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman in New Delhi on Monday and submitted petitions highlighting public demands.
Nainar Nagendran, who travelled to the national capital earlier in the day, called on the Finance Minister and handed over a memorandum containing representations received from people during his recent yatra in Tamil Nadu.
He said the petitions reflected issues related to the Union Finance Ministry and were collected from the public during the outreach programme.
