A programme focusing on Inclusion in Neurodiverse Workplaces was organized by Neurowell Insights in collaboration with KMCH Hospital to highlight the importance of creating inclusive employment opportunities for adults on the autism spectrum.
The event was presided over by Major General Ravikumar, Dean of KMCH Hospital, and Arun G. Palaniswami, Executive Chairman of KMCH Group. Key speakers — Singai G. Ramachandran, Maitreyi Sakthi, and Vidhai Coimbatore — shared perspectives on policy reforms, social awareness, and community support essential for fostering inclusion.
Adding professional insight, Babu Rangarajan, Clinical Psychologist, spoke on workplace mental health and adaptation.

A parent of a child with autism shared personal experiences, underscoring that while Coimbatore needs more awareness, the nation as a whole needs greater acceptance.
The gathering was made memorable by Saha Café, run by neurodiverse individuals under KPA, founded by Deepa Mohanraj, which served refreshments — a symbol of empowerment through inclusion.
The event marked another milestone in the efforts of Pavin Krishnaraj, Founder of Neurowell Insights, who continues to advocate for a more empathetic and inclusive society.
Neurowell Insights remains committed to transforming awareness into action and embracing neurodiversity as a strength rather than a difference.
