Nithyananda is expected to participate in the upcoming Kumbabhishekam ceremony of the Kailasa Dhyan Peetham at Embalam in Puducherry, with members of the Kailasa Puducherry spiritual group seeking security arrangements for the event.
Members of the group met Puducherry Chief Minister N. Rangasamy and submitted a request seeking security for Nithyananda during his proposed participation in the ceremony next year. They informed the Chief Minister that arrangements were being made with the Central Government for his participation.
The delegation also presented the Chief Minister with a book on Kailasa detailing its spiritual and historical activities. The members said there was an opportunity to strengthen cordial relations and goodwill between Kailasa and the Puducherry Government.
Following the meeting with the Chief Minister, the group met Puducherry Legislative Assembly Speaker K. P. Anbalagan, Minister A. K. Rajavelu and others, and invited them to participate in the proposed ceremony.
