People should support the BJP alliance in the Assembly elections: Nainar

BJP leader Nainar Nagendran appealed to voters to support the National Democratic Alliance in the upcoming Assembly elections to implement schemes that will enable Tamil Nadu to hold its head high.
A village council meeting was held on Friday at Brahmadesam and Sembulichampalayam near Anthiyur on behalf of the BJP. Anthiyur South Union Secretary Sakthivel presided over the meeting. State General Secretary Muruganandam, Erode North District President S.M. Senthilkumar, and Anthiyur constituency in-charge K.V. Ramanathan were present.
Speaking at the meeting, Nainar Nagendran said:
There are various unresolved problems in all 12,500 villages in Tamil Nadu. The ‘Tamil Nadu’s Journey to Hold its Head High’ campaign has been launched precisely to ensure that Tamil Nadu does not have to hang its head in shame. Voters should support the National Democratic Alliance in the upcoming Assembly elections. The Tamil Nadu government has not taken any action to resolve the problems faced by weavers throughout Tamil Nadu. Action should be taken to provide caste certificates to the tribal people of Bargur, which have been pending for a long time, and to divide the Brahmadesam panchayat into two. If the National Democratic Alliance wins, guarantees will be given for the Mettur Right Bank Canal project, geographical indication for Anthiyur betel leaves, and a monthly salary of Rs. 10,000 for sanitation workers. Farmers who have completed 60 years of age should utilize the schemes provided by the Central Government, he added.
