Students of PSGR Krishnammal College for Women, Coimbatore, Noma Pal and S. S. Sivaranjani excelled at the Tirupur Athletic Association District Meet held on September 4 and 5 at the SDAT Stadium, Tirupur.
Noma Pal won gold medals in the 100m hurdles, 400m hurdles and 4x100m relay in the Under-20 category. She has been selected to represent the district at the upcoming State Meet.
S. S. Sivaranjani also secured gold medals in the 100m hurdles, 400m hurdles and 4x100m relay events and has been selected to represent the district at the upcoming State Meet.
The college management congratulated both athletes on their impressive performance and contribution to the Physical Education Department and wished them continued success.
