Racist Attack on Indian Youth in Canada

A shocking incident of racial abuse against an Indian-origin youth inside a McDonald’s outlet in Toronto has drawn widespread condemnation after a video of the attack went viral on social media.
In the viral video, a Canadian man, appearing intoxicated, is seen assaulting a young Indian man standing at the mobile order pick-up counter. Without any provocation, the man shoves the youth, causing his phone to fall, then grabs him by the collar and pushes him against the wall, shouting, “Are you acting like a big man in front of me?”
The Indian youth remained calm throughout the confrontation, avoiding any retaliation, while bystanders and restaurant staff stepped in to defuse the situation. The attacker fled the spot shortly afterward.
