Legendary cricketer Sachin Tendulkar met Prime Minister Narendra Modi in New Delhi and personally invited him to the wedding of his son Arjun Tendulkar with Sania Santokh.
Sachin was accompanied by his wife Anjali Tendulkar, daughter Sara Tendulkar, son Arjun Tendulkar and Sania Santokh during the meeting with the Prime Minister.
Sharing details of the interaction on social media, Sachin said they were honoured to invite the Prime Minister to the wedding and thanked him for his blessings and guidance to the young couple.
The wedding of Arjun Tendulkar and Sania Santokh is scheduled to be held on March 5, 2026.
Sources said the celebrations will commence from March 3 and will be a private affair attended by close friends and family members.
The couple’s engagement was reportedly held in a low-key ceremony on August 13, 2025.
