Actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu has reportedly entered into her second marriage, tying the knot with filmmaker Raj Nidimoru in a quiet and closely guarded ceremony at the Linga Bhairavi Temple inside the Isha Yoga Centre, Coimbatore.
The wedding took place earlier today in the presence of close family members.
Samantha, who married Telugu actor Naga Chaitanya on December 6, 2017, officially separated from him in October 2021 through mutual consent. Notably, she did not seek alimony at the time of the divorce.
After their split, both actors moved on with their personal lives, with industry circles linking Naga Chaitanya to actress Sobhita Dhulipala.
Speculation about Samantha’s relationship with director Raj Nidimoru had been circulating for months, though both had remained silent.
Raj, one half of the well-known filmmaker duo Raj & DK, was previously married, which intensified rumours when he and Samantha were seen together at multiple private gatherings.
Samantha played a bold, widely discussed role in The Family Man Season 2, created by Raj Nidimoru and Krishna DK. Industry insiders had earlier suggested that tensions between Samantha and Naga Chaitanya began around that period, although no official confirmation ever emerged.
With today’s wedding, fresh debates have surfaced among fans about whether the Samantha–Raj connection began during the making of the series and whether it contributed to the end of her first marriage.
However, neither Samantha nor Raj Nidimoru has issued a formal statement about the wedding. Fans await official photographs and videos, while wishing Samantha happiness and stability in her new chapter.
