Škoda auto india crosses 5 lakh sales

Škoda Auto India has achieved a significant milestone by crossing 5 lakh vehicles sold since its entry into the country.
Marking its 25th year in India, the company has recorded strong monthly and annual growth, including 5,491 units sold in November 2025, a 90% year-on-year increase.
Brand Director Ashish Gupta attributed the achievement to the company’s expanding network, value-driven ownership packages, and a wide product portfolio. He added that Škoda would continue its growth momentum by strengthening customer outreach.
Škoda entered India with a strong sedan legacy, led by the iconic Octavia, a nameplate with over 130 years of global history and 25 years in the Indian market.
A major highlight this year was the return of the Octavia RS, which was sold out within 20 minutes of bookings opening.
The company continues its sedan focus through the Slavia, available in 1.0 TSI and 1.5 TSI engine options.
Škoda also has a diverse SUV range priced between ₹7.5 lakh and ₹45.9 lakh. The Kodiaq, introduced globally and in India in 2017, remains a strong 4×4 offering.
The Kushaq, built on the India-specific MQB-A0-IN platform, became the first car in India to earn 5-star Global NCAP ratings for both adult and child safety under the newer norms.
The Kylaq SUV has also secured 5 stars in Bharat NCAP testing.
With its expanding network of 320+ customer touchpoints across 180 cities, Škoda Auto India is positioned for continued growth as it celebrates its most successful year to date.
