Actor Sonu Sood has stepped forward to help travellers stranded in Dubai by offering free accommodation amid the tense situation in the Middle East.
The move comes as tensions have escalated in the region following ongoing military confrontations involving Iran, Israel and the United States, which have disrupted normal air traffic across parts of the Middle East.
Due to airspace restrictions and flight disruptions, several travellers in countries including the United Arab Emirates have reportedly been unable to return to their destinations.
In response, Sonu Sood announced that arrangements have been made to provide safe accommodation for those stranded in Dubai who have no place to stay.
In a video message and a post shared on social media platform X, the actor said that travellers affected by the situation could reach out for help.
He urged people who are stranded or know someone in need of assistance to contact his team.
“Many travellers are stranded in Dubai due to the ongoing situation. If you or someone you know has nowhere to stay, we are offering safe accommodation for free,” he said.
He added that the help would be provided without any conditions. “There is no nationality and no conditions. Humanity is enough.
If you need help, send us a direct message on Instagram,” he said, requesting people to share the message so it reaches those in
need.
