Actor Suriya and actress Jyothika’s daughter Diya has stepped into cinema with her directorial debut, a documentary short film titled Leading Light.
The couple, who shifted to Mumbai a few years ago for their children’s education, have produced the film under their banner 2D Entertainment. The documentary-drama focuses on the lives and struggles of Bollywood lightwomen, showcasing their behind-the-scenes contributions.
Leading Light is being screened in Los Angeles from September 26 to October 2 as part of the Oscar race, marking a proud moment for the star family.
