A 13-year-old boy was arrested after allegedly stabbing two fellow students at Kingsbury High School in the Brent area of London on Tuesday afternoon.
The incident occurred around 12.40 p.m. when the teenager reportedly attacked two students, aged 12 and 13, within the school premises before fleeing the scene. Police said the suspect was traced and arrested within hours of the attack.
The knife allegedly used in the assault was recovered from him.
The injured students were rushed to hospital with serious injuries and are said to be in a critical condition.
Authorities confirmed that specialist officers are investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident. Further inquiries are under way.
