Vanakkam HRD Confluence draws 300 HR professionals in Coimbatore

The Coimbatore edition of Vanakkam HRD was held on August 29 at Dr. N.G.P. Arts and Science College, bringing together more than 300 HR professionals and academicians from various organisations for a day of interaction and knowledge sharing.
The event was inaugurated by Kanimozhi, MLA, who spoke about the growing importance of HR and human capital in the evolving workplace.
Dr. Mathura, Trustee, Dr. N.G.P. Institutions, felicitated the participating HR professionals in recognition of their contribution to the HR fraternity. The confluence featured insightful sessions and a panel discussion with leading HR professionals on people practices, workplace culture and the evolving role of HR. The event concluded with a laughter therapy session.
The organising team, Uma Maheswari and Rajesh, thanked all the HR professionals who participated in the event.
Vanakkam HRD said it would continue its efforts to connect HR professionals, industry and academia through platforms for learning, collaboration and exchange of ideas.
