The state-level throwball competition was held at Palaniappa School in Avinashi, Coimbatore district. The following students from Erode Vellalar Matriculation Higher Secondary School participated in the Under-16 category: K.S. Asmitha, B. Prathiksha, M. Koushalika, Siva M. Varani, S. Sara Jasmin, V. Lakshanya, and A.R. Joshika. They have qualified to participate in the national-level competition to be held in Varanasi.
