Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam leader Vijay created a heartwarming moment during his election campaign after lifting a young boy wearing a Chennai Super Kings jersey onto his shoulders.
Vijay, who is actively campaigning for the Tamil Nadu Assembly elections, addressed a public meeting in Tirunelveli this afternoon before proceeding on a roadshow towards Thoothukudi.
Travelling through Thazhayuthu, Thachanallur, Vannarpet, Market area and KTC Nagar, his campaign vehicle drew large crowds, with party volunteers following on two-wheelers. At major junctions, Vijay greeted supporters while standing atop his vehicle.
During the roadshow, Vijay stopped to interact with the public and lifted a young fan dressed in a CSK jersey, making him sit on his shoulders. The gesture drew cheers from the crowd, and the video of the moment has since gone viral on social media.
