Chennai Super Kings have announced jersey number 11 for Sanju Samson ahead of the upcoming IPL season.
Sanju Samson, who was a key performer in India’s T20 World Cup triumph and earned the Player of the Series award, joins Chennai Super Kings after a long
stint with Rajasthan Royals.
The wicketkeeper-batsman has already arrived in Chennai and begun training with the team, raising expectations among fans as he continues in strong form.
The franchise confirmed that Samson will continue with jersey number 11, the same number he wore during his time with Rajasthan Royals.
However, he has been seen wearing jersey number 9 while representing the Indian team in international matches.
