The Department of Children Welfare and Special Services has invited applications for three posts in the Coimbatore District Youth Justice Board on a contract basis. The appointments will be purely temporary.
The vacancies are for Assistant-cum-Session Clerk, Junior Assistant-cum-Record Clerk and Office Assistant. The maximum age limit for the posts is 42 years.
The monthly consolidated pay is Rs.25,000 for Assistant-cum-Session Clerk, Rs.20,000 for Junior Assistant-cum-Record Clerk and Rs.13,000 for Office Assistant.
Candidates applying for the Assistant-cum-Session Clerk post should possess a bachelor’s degree from a recognised university under the 10+2+3 or 11+1+3 system in Science, Arts, Commerce, Engineering, Medicine or any other discipline.
Candidates who have completed the Computer on Office Automation course conducted by the Directorate of Technical Education, or a computer-related diploma or degree from a recognised university, will be given preference for direct recruitment.
For the Junior Assistant-cum-Record Clerk post, candidates should have passed Class 10 or an equivalent examination from a government-recognised school.Candidates applying for the Office Assistant post should have passed Class 8 from a government-recognised school.
Eligible candidates can download the application form and submit their applications along with a passport-size photograph to the District Child Protection Officer, District Child Protection Unit, Second Floor, Old Building, Room No.32, District Collectorate, Coimbatore-18.
Applications should reach the office by 5.30 p.m. on September 22, 2026. Applications received after the deadline will be rejected without notice, according to District Collector Pavan Kumar Griappanavar.
