Third Eye – A Center for Autism organised “Happy Hearts – Pongal Celebration (Parents’ Edition)”, a special festive programme exclusively for parents of neurodivergent children, at Mint House on Pollachi Main Road here.
The event was curated to recognise and appreciate the dedication, resilience, and unconditional support extended by parents, which play a crucial role in the growth and well-being of neurodivergent children. By placing parents at the centre of the celebration, the organisers created an inclusive space for relaxation, joy, and meaningful interaction within a supportive community.

The programme featured traditional Pongal rituals, cultural activities, festive entertainment, and interactive sessions that encouraged bonding and peer interaction among parents. A networking lunch was also organised, enabling participants to share experiences, build connections, and strengthen community ties.
Parents attended the celebration along with their children, who were engaged and cared for by trained professionals from Third Eye throughout the programme. This ensured a safe and nurturing environment for the children, allowing parents to participate in the festivities with peace of mind.

The event was conducted free of cost with prior registration and witnessed enthusiastic participation.
The Happy Hearts Pongal Celebration reaffirmed Third Eye – A Center for Autism’s commitment to inclusion, emotional well-being, and holistic family support for neurodivergent children and their families.
