Rahul Kamath, Vaishnavi Janani To Lead Young Indians Coimbatore chapter

Young Indians (Yi), Coimbatore Chapter, an integral part of the Confederation of Indian Industry, Coimbatore Zone, announced the appointment of Rahul Kamath as Chair and Vaishnavi Janani as Co-Chair for the year 2026 at its 21st Annual Session held here on Friday.
The annual session marked the conclusion of Yi Coimbatore’s activities for 2025, a year that saw more than 408 developmental programmes and events, directly benefiting over 20,000 people across the region.
Rahul Kamath, Proprietor of Blenders Inc., is a fourth-generation entrepreneur from the Kamath family business lineage. A Mechanical Engineering graduate from PSG College of Technology and a postgraduate from the University of Manchester Business School, he began his career in his family’s engineering venture before moving into the food and beverage sector. He founded Blenders Inc. as a vintage food truck, which has grown over the last seven-and-a-half years into a multi-outlet brand with three outlets in Coimbatore and plans for pan-India and international expansion.
Having joined Young Indians in 2018, Rahul Kamath has held several leadership roles, including Chapter Co-Chair, and has also served as a student leader under the Yi Net initiative at PSG Tech. He is known for his collaborative leadership style and focus on purposeful growth.
Vaishnavi Janani, Business Head at Angler Technologies and Trinetra Wireless, brings over eight years of active involvement in Young Indians. She has led multiple flagship initiatives of Yi Coimbatore and has played a key role across various verticals of the organisation.
An MBA graduate from PSG Institute of Management, Coimbatore, Vaishnavi Janani is recognised for her people-centric leadership approach and her efforts to inspire youth through Yi platforms such as Yuva and Thalir.
The leadership announcement came as Yi Coimbatore concluded its 21st Annual Session, reaffirming its commitment to youth leadership, innovation and community development in the region.
