The campaign was conducted under the guidance of Shri Ranjeet Kumar, Zonal Manager, and Shri Siva Subramanian A, Deputy Zonal Manager, Bank of India, Coimbatore Zone. Branches in semi-urban and rural areas arranged Gram Sabhas in their service locations to spread vigilance awareness.

Participants were educated on ways to address corruption, including the use of official grievance redressal mechanisms and complaint portals. The bank emphasized that vigilance is a shared duty of both institutions and individuals, and citizens must play a proactive role in reporting malpractice.
As part of the observance, participants took a pledge to uphold the rule of law, not to take or give bribes, to perform duties with honesty and transparency, and to report corruption to the appropriate authorities.
By conducting these awareness meetings, the Bank of India, Coimbatore Zone, reaffirmed its commitment to building integrity and accountability in public life. The leadership of Zonal Manager Ranjeet Kumar and Deputy Zonal Manager Siva Subramanian A ensured that the message of vigilance awareness reached grassroots communities through effective outreach in Gram Panchayats.
